All purchases on this website are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. Multilingo Education Private Limited does not offer refunds, cancellations, or credit adjustments on any coaching service, course, session, or programme — regardless of usage, attendance, or completion status.
01No Refunds — Universal Policy
Our strict no-refund policy applies to every service and product offered by Multilingo Education Private Limited, including but not limited to:
- Digital courses — Basic Umpiring Fundamentals, Advanced Match Officiating, and any future online course offering.
- 1:1 Cricket Counselling sessions — individually scheduled consultations.
- In-person coaching programmes — BCCI Umpiring Exam preparation batches, umpire coaching, and any on-field training.
- Workshops, masterclasses, and events — any paid attendance offerings.
Once payment is successfully processed, the transaction is final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to): change of mind, inability to attend, dissatisfaction with results, non-usage of purchased materials, or forgetting to join a session.
02No Cancellations
Once a course has been purchased or a session has been booked and paid for, the booking cannot be cancelled. Session dates and times are fixed at the point of booking and are not subject to cancellation or rescheduling by the purchaser.
Missed sessions, no-shows, late arrivals, and any failure to utilise the purchased service for any reason will result in forfeiture of the fee paid, with no entitlement to a refund, credit, or rescheduled session.
03Why This Policy Exists
Our coaching services involve personal time, preparation, allocated resources, and immediate access to proprietary digital material. Once reserved or delivered, these resources cannot be recovered or re-sold. This policy allows us to maintain the quality, availability, and value of our offerings for every student.
04Technical Issues & Duplicate Charges
The sole exceptions to our no-refund policy are:
- Duplicate charges — if your payment account is debited more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
- Payment-processor error — if Razorpay (our payment gateway) processes a charge in error without a corresponding order being placed on our side, we will refund it after verification.
Such issues must be reported in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. Verified refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
05Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before raising any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or Razorpay.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior written communication with us may result in:
- Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all purchased courses and services.
- Permanent suspension from future enrolment with Multilingo Education Private Limited.
- Recovery of costs through appropriate legal channels.

07Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India.
