This website (hereinafter "the Site") is owned and operated by Multilingo Education Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. All coaching services, courses, and content on this Site are delivered by Somnath Jha — BCCI Level 2 Certified Coach and Ranji Panel Umpire.
02Services Offered
We provide the following services:
- BCCI Umpiring Exam Preparation — Online and in-person mentorship for aspirants of the BCCI Umpiring Examination.
- Umpire Coaching — On-field umpire training for individuals and groups.
- 1:1 Cricket Counselling — Personalised guidance sessions for cricketers.
- Online Courses — Self-paced digital curriculum (Basic, Advanced, and Counselling modules).
03Account & Enrolment
When you purchase a course or book a session, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and current.
- You are at least 18 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if younger.
- You will use the Site and the services provided for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
04Pricing & Payment
All course and session prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets supported by Razorpay.
- We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
- Prices may be revised at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
05Course Access
Upon successful payment:
- You receive immediate access to the purchased course materials or a confirmed session booking.
- Course access is personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing login credentials, course videos, written material, or any other content with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in access being revoked.
06Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within purchased courses — including but not limited to text, videos, images, graphics, logos, written materials, and mock test papers — is the exclusive property of Multilingo Education Private Limited and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Multilingo Education Private Limited.
07Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. Multilingo Education Private Limited does not offer refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, or credit adjustments on any coaching service, course, session, or programme — regardless of usage, attendance, or completion.
This no-refund policy applies universally to digital courses, 1:1 counselling sessions, in-person coaching programmes, workshops, and all other paid offerings. Please read our full Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing any purchase. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
08User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
- Harass, abuse, or defame the coach, any other users, or Multilingo Education Private Limited.
- Record, reproduce, or redistribute any session content without written permission.
09Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for the highest quality coaching, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes (such as passing the BCCI Umpiring Examination or achieving particular skill levels).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multilingo Education Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
10Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India.
